"One of the few places we feel comfortable ordering gluten free items! We love coming here for family celebrations. We came Saturday with reservations for 7pm. The waitress was well versed in allergens within the dishes and guided us accordingly. She took the birthday candles I brought it and taped it to a wonderful amaro for my mom. My only complaint is my family has df and gf allergies and it was harder to find dishes with both abilities. Still a blessing! Highly recommend."

"I just had my birthday dinner at note.bistro & winebar. The atmosphere was fun, warm, and inviting. Everyone was super welcoming, and our server was excellent. She helped us decide on a wine (all options were amazing). There are so many gluten-free options, which is a big bonus for me! For dinner, my scallops were perfect. Everything we tried was exceptional! I loved the note pad where people could share their experiences! Definitely a must go!"

"I want to gatekeep this place, but that wouldn’t be fair. This is the best food in Central PA. I’ve been here 5 times over a few years and every time it’s been outstanding. You can tell the chefs take pride in the food they put out and the hosts/servers love this place. It is cozy, has great music, has comfortable seating, and the menu changes often which I absolutely love. The entrees are always things that you would never make at home and they’re worth every penny. Genuinely, this is my favorite restaurant I’ve ever been."

"Driving down from the finger lakes to Baltimore we wanter a dinner stop in Harrisburg and found "Note" using Google maps. It was set in a quiet residential area northwest of downtown with nice outdoor seating. In the late afternoon there was shade to be had and we enjoyed a delicious cocktail followed by a wonderful dinner at sunset. On street parking was available a short walk away. There were some families with small kids outside with us and all were enjoying themselves trying the different foodie tastes. The mussels and scallops were especially good."
