"Lancaster Pie & Coffee is a great small business that adds to the vibe of downtown Lancaster. When I went I purchased a slice of pumpkin pie which is one of my favorites... and also one that I am very picky about. This slice however passed all of my tests, it avoided the trap of being too stringy and was incredibly creamy and had a strong cozy flavor that I associate with thanksgiving and fall. The crust was sturdy and did not fall apart while eating while still being buttery with more of a shortbread taste and consistency. If there is one thing I would critique it would be the cream on top which was not sweetened enough for my taste and left a film in my mouth after eating. The atmosphere is that of a small millennial coffee shop with a more modern clean and bright interior. One thing I thought was a nice touch was pictures of the owners at each table that had a vintage vibe. The price of the slices will prevent me from becoming a regular however I will for sure go back for a treat once in a while."

"This is a great gem of a place. Modest business but the service is outstanding. The pies are very good. The coffee is spot on (Americano). Comfortable and relaxing.....pie and coffee....I thought I wasn't going to be interested but I like this place a lot! Indoor seating. Toilets. Outdoor seating. Dog friendly front side, with shade and places to tie up."

"We recently visited Lancaster, and it was such a beautiful place with so many great spots to eat — but Lancaster Pie and Coffee really stood out. This little nook in the wall serves some of the most delicious pies I’ve ever tasted. I’m a sucker for peach pie, and they absolutely nailed it — perfectly sweet, flaky, and fresh. The coffee was just as good and made the perfect companion for my ride back to New York City. Can’t wait to stop by again next time I’m in town!"

"WOW. I was not expecting an unassuming counter service restaurant to be so good. I like to consider myself well traveled and a foodie. Their pie crust knocked my socks off. It’s actually incredible . Buttery, flakey, dimensional. The quiche was savory and delicious. The hand pies were sumptuous but not soggy and the liege waffle was caramelized yet soft and flavorful. Genuinely, just really, really good food."
