The latte arrived with a soft foam and a warm autumn aroma that made the first sip instantly soothing. The oat milk added a gentle creaminess that blended smoothly with the pumpkin spice, creating a drink that felt balanced, cozy, and easy to savor. The sweet avocado toast was presented so beautifully it almost felt like something you’d hesitate to disturb. "I have walked around downtown Lancaster at least 100 times, and I never knew about this spot until just a few weeks ago. It is definitely worth stopping in – they don’t have a ton to offer, but what they have is unique and generally tasty. I enjoyed their black bean brownie – don’t let the name fool you, it is very flavorful and chocolatey in all the ways you would expect a soft, dense brownie to be. I was also impressed with their drink options; they have several made-to-order beverages from around the world, including sherbet and Horchata. This is a great place to stop in for a quick drink and an on-the-go snack. The space itself is open and well lit, so you could definitely sit for a while and enjoy the uncrowded atmosphere."

"Neighbors cafe is a new cafe in Lancaster as of 2024. It is run by a few good guys that I got to chat with for a bit. Their coffee is good and I liked the warm atmosphere. I didn’t try any of their specialty drinks, just the drip coffee. Because the place is so long there are tons of window seats you can people watch from. Check it out!"
