"This was my first time at the shake shake and I was not impressed. The burgers were very, very greasy. It was so greasy it made it feel sick. The fries were decent and the milk shake was average. I was shocked at the prices but thought hey maybe its worth it and this food will be the best I had yet. But sadly no it wasnt and I dont think id ever go back. Over 40 dollars for 2 burger meals and one milk shake I was so disappointed. Also the lady at the window was not patient and made me feel rushed."

"While expensive, I'd heard a lot about Shake Shack and thought I'd give it a try today, 1/15/25, in Lancaster, PA. Very disappointed! The shake was good but lumpy, like some portion of an earlier shake was still in the machine. The burger was a very well prepared poor piece of meat...good flavor but an inferior burger. I am shocked to read that they claim it to be Angus beef. If it is, I don't know what they did to it to get all those 'chunks' in it! Really unsatisfying after maybe two bites. And this was just a bit annoying....a young lady delivered my food tray to my numbered table with no napkins. I asked where the napkins were and she pointed to a bar on the other side of the dining room. If you're delivering the food to a table, and they don't keep napkins on the tables, why wouldn't you put a few on the customer's tray? A manager-type came around as I was finishing and asked how my meal was. I was nice but honest. He came back as I was leaving with a $5 off coupon for my next visit. I doubt I'll be using that."

"Best fast food burger on the market. The bacon cheeseburger is such a need and the Martins potato rolls complete this burger. They were cooked to perfection and worth every dollar. Super easy to order kiosks located inside to make for an easy transaction. They also have really good milkshakes in here as well. Always a treat going to this franchise and have yet to be disappointed"
