"I ordered off the Panera app last night and the delivery driver never showed up to Panera to deliver my order, and the store closed. I called the customer support and the General manager, Genie, was so helpful!!! Because the driver never showed up Genie offered to go above and beyond and deliver my food since it was already made. The driver did end up showing up but Genie showed amazing customer service, and was ready to go above and beyond!!"

"I purchased my meal online today. They were all out of the soup I ordered and my salad was missing the chicken and parts of the lettuce were slimy. I couldn't eat it. Very poor quality for the price you pay. Do better Panera! I am adding to my first review. Thought I'd try Panera in Lebanon and again I was very disappointed.
