from Google & Yelp"Randomly found this cigar shop and it was such a nice spot. Eric and his team are really nice and the lounge is super chill and vibey! You can smoke inside even if you’re not a member as long as you get two cigars a person. Their membership is super competitive at $85 a month and their hours are extensive! 10 pm during the week and until 2 am on the weekends! Make sure ya’ll come through"
"I came in for a second to grab a Connecticut... they didn't have it. BUT! I spoke with the sales rep i believe his name was CJ.(please forgive me if im wrong) but he was/is very knowledgeable about their products and offered several alternatives. I opted to try somethingnew. And i am pleased with my purchase"
"I had a great experience at the lounge. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The lounge was comfortable . I'll definitely come back and would consider membership."
"Start off by mentioning, I have never done a review and dont like shaming businesses as it really affects people's lives. So I will try my best to be respectdul but transparent. Have been a cigar smoker for 25+ yrs and have smoked in lounges all around the world. Positives: I can appreciate the small batch boutique blends they offer which I find to be a gem whenever you go to any lounge. Staff were welcoming and somewhat knowledgeable of cigars. Not a bad looking lounge. Negatives: There was a pretty good mildew smell..I love the smell of smoke and a lounge. I know what Im stepping into with no complaints. But the smell was fully apparent. I was not allowed into a humidor. Individual cigars are on the wall with no visible pricing (deceptive margins on pricing). Have never selected a cigar like this before. If you do, its an owners preference, completely respect that. But please put prices at the minimum. Understand you may not want anyone to steal, but the purpose of a lounge is to get the full experience of knowing what you want to smoke. Read a label/description..Touch a cigar to see how well they are humidified or not. See the country of origin..socialize..etc.In PA out of all states, which pricing should be transparent as one of the lowest in the country. Unfortunately, cigars were a bit pricey. On average practically paid NYC prices which carries a 75% tax..No receipt was provided at register. Lastly, waiting in line at register, a gentlemen asked if he could get a V-cut and was told no, employees indicated they are not allowed to V-cut because it ruins the cigar. Only a straight cut is allowed. I overheard and interjected stating if the customer pays for the cigar, it should be his preference on what cut he likes. How can that be dictated? Not to mention, ruining a cigar with a Vcut is not accurate at all."
"This is the place to be to smoke a good cigar. Eric was super amazing! He helped my group pick cigars for our taste. Reasonable priced! Great atmosphere. 10/10 love coming here"
