"Might have been good, but the woman behind the counter was quite rude. I ordered a cinnamon bun iced coffee for my wife, which was on their google menu - and she said 'yeah that's an old special - we don't make that anymore, you need to look at our menu' I didn't think much of it and ordered something else. After waiting for 25+ minutes and seeing others who showed up after me get served long before me, I started to wonder where my order was. She put up an order that looked like mine, but as I approached to look, she said 'sir, that's not yours, you need to sit down and wait'. I gave it another 10 minutes - still no order. So I went up to the cashier, cancelled my order, and asked for a refund. The rotten employee saw me approach the cash register and put together what was happening, then started to frantically make my order - saying 'what are you doing!? It's going to be ready LITERALLY in a second' 'you don't want it?'. At that point, I had enough. The food and coffee might have been good, but I just went to Starbucks across town where the people are always friendly and respectful to customers. That experience was enough to turn my wife and I away for good."

"I was looking for a nice little place to have some breakfast and study, and found this on google. I cannot say enough about this place. It was so warm and inviting, and ALL of the workers were so so sweet. Food and drinks were great as well. I’ve been trying to find a decent local coffee shop to support and this one blew it out of the water."

"I been going to the MT. Joy location. And a few times I've gotten a very rude server. Its unfortunate. Just the simple ask of a receipt seemed to be an issue. Sometimes square doesn't give the option of a receipt, so I asked. She told me next time hit the print. I cant when I dont get that option. I also saw her give problems when people asked for coffee flavors or bagel flavors, she said there is signs, but when its crowed or ur new sometimes handmade signs dont stand out or people have a hard time seeing. Just be kind and tell them the flavors. A little people skills would be helpful."

"I am a full time working mom so alone time to relax is cherished. I found idea coffee on a rare solo Saturday and couldn't be happier that I did. The atmosphere was perfect for sitting with a coffee and a book with all of the cozy Cafe sounds. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The coffee was delicious and priced fairly. Whether you are looking for a spot to work remotely, catch up on homework, or get lost in a good book; I would absolutely recommend!"
