"The coffee is great, friendly owners. Issue is the wait time. Waited 30 minutes in line to place an order, even just for a drip coffee. Need to have a better system or another employee. Also remodeled the inside for less seating right when the cold weather starts. Cups can be flimsy heads up."

"Stopped in Northampton for a coffee treat and bathroom break. Line was all the way to the front door when I arrived. Cute seating outside and inside. Roasting done on site. The service was excellent. I prefer a Very Light Roast Coffee which I didn’t see in stock. Oatmeal raisin cookie was SCRUMPTIOUS. Moist lots of raisins. Great breakfast for after a hard work out. Thank you. Street parking for free on Saturday. Easy to find. Medium slow town."

"Adorable, cozy little coffeehouse. I find that other coffee shops don't really compare to this one! The coffee beans I buy from Taylor Roasted are so fresh and she has an online site that makes ordering for anything easier for customers to simply pick up. The baked goods here are all homemade and I can say that I've tried almost every kind at this point and they are delicious! My favorite is the raspberry chocolate muffins and the chocolate chip cookies. Excellent customer service as always. I recommend this coffeehouse to everyone!"
