What People Are Saying
from Google"Bar1010 in Philadelphia is an absolute gem that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived on a bustling evening, we were met with impeccable service. Our server was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed and ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. The restaurant’s flexibility in accommodating my vegetarian needs was remarkable, showing a genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. The cocktail menu is nothing short of exceptional. The espresso martinis are to die for: rich, perfectly balanced, and executed flawlessly and the variety they offer ensures there’s a flavor to match every preference. The food at Bar1010 is equally impressive. As an Indian, my standards for flavor are high, and the Tikka Masala pizza absolutely blew me away. It was perfectly spiced, rich, and indulgent, yet balanced beautifully on a crisp crust. The Indian-style pizza is a unique and unforgettable twist, highlighting the creativity of the kitchen. The bruschetta was light, refreshing, and simply delicious, a perfect start to our meal. The outdoor seating adds a charming touch, offering a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy both food and drinks while taking in the vibrant Philly energy. Overall, Bar1010 is a perfect blend of innovative cuisine, exceptional cocktails, and unmatched hospitality. Whether you’re seeking inventive dishes, outstanding drinks, or attentive service in a welcoming environment, this spot delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend for both casual nights out and special occasions, Bar1010 will leave you coming back for more."
"BAR 1010 has been on my list to try the parm espresso martini & pizza for the longest! I was underwhelmed with my experience. Firstly, the place is small. The bar is 4 seats and the whole ambiance doesn’t give anything to write home about. The floors weren’t clean and the bathrooms were dirty. The espresso martinis were good. They were small for the price though. The parm one was interesting, I wouldn’t say it was as special as people hyped it up to be. The spicy roni pizza had nice dough and crust. There wasn’t enough hot honey on it, but the jalapeños added some heat. It was ok. Overall, I was surprised by the ambiance and everything was mediocre. I wouldn’t go back."
"A truly memorable and exquisite experience! Was voted best espresso martini in Philadelphia and definitely easy to see why! The best Caesar salad I’ve ever had!"
"Neil was an amazing host, our first here . And would definitely recommend to other. All way from Florida. Our pizza and Martini. Was on point. Thank you Neil for being so amazing. You deserve a lot of praise. Keep up the great work."
"My coworkers and I (a group of nurses) dropped by here to grab an after work drink around 5pm on a Friday and upon arrival the restaurant had 2 people at the bar and 2 at a table. We were immediately turned away because they had “reservations” and were booked up despite the restaurant being almost completely empty and us only wanting one drink. When asked if we could sit at the bar, we were given a harsh NO! We left and went to Bourbon and Branch where we had happy hour and AMAZING espresso martinis and service. After leaving Bourbon and Branch we passed by this place again an hour later and still, a half empty restaurant. This place sucks and it feels like we were turned away because we had scrubs on. We work in the area so to not be welcomed by a business we share a street with is appalling, especially for one quick drink in an empty restaurant."
