"WORST service I may have ever had. The strange thing is the quality and taste of the food was the complete opposite, it was delicious. Would had been nice had any of the food come out together or at all! There were 8 of us but it was almost 9pm and the place was barely a fraction of filled. None of the food came out together and some of it never came out. We were there for over an hour. We had to ask numerous times for things we ordered that never came and she couldn’t keep track of anything. Multiple guests orders were wrong when they finally came out, including mine. Even our bills were messed up and nothing was rectified. We just paid and left once we were finally able to get our checks. Yikes. The ceiling next to the bar is leaking and the women’s bathroom was very unclean. The soap dispenser was empty and there was a broken soap pump on the sink. The paper towels were also empty. I get it’s the end of the day but YUCK! People eat here. We need to wash hands. What about your staff??!! As a retired kitchen manager and chef this place gave me anxiety. It definitely needs some work."

"My friend and I ordered 20 pieces of wings (Korean BBQ and Soy Garlic flavored), coleslaw and radish, costed $42. The wings were OK, but the flavors were not really different from each other. It took a plenty of time for our order to arrive besides there were nearly no one but us. The coleslaw and radish was very different from the ones I ate at the Chinatown branch, doesn't worth it. The staff was unconcerned besides our order was ready and we were craving. The atmosphere was moderately clean."

"The employees are super sweet and very friendly. I can’t never the guys name we had but he was funny and our group loved him. Large enough space for big groups. They have a bar but it wasn’t open when we visited. The food was ok - mid. The cleanliness of the place needs improvement overall but it’s ok for a quick chill stop."

"I was very disappointed with the chicken at this place. I ordered wings and drumsticks, as well as the chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted as if it was boiled rather than fried. And the meat was tough because it was overcooked. I have never had fried chicken that tasted like boiled chicken, whether it be Korean fried chicken or regular American fried chicken. The wings were a little better. I genuinely am curious how they cook the chicken. I felt like they boiled the meat first and then covered it with bread crumbs and then fried it. So very disappointing. The only redeeming feature about their chicken was the breading. It was very crispy, and the sauce was okay. But again, the meat was bad. I don't know if all Bonchon chicken is like this, but I cannot recommend this place."

"I spent 17 dollars for a damn chicken sandwich. I did a take out and it literally took them 40 minutes to get the order out. And this was when the place was basically empty. 40 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich. The sandwich was WARM, thats it. It wasn’t even hot and the fries were soggy. I havent regretted doing a takeout at any place as much as i did here. I am never coming back. There were like 3 people there and they couldn’t make a proper chicken sandwich and had the audacity to charge 17 dollars for it. DO NOT GO THERE."
