"The food here is simply phenomenal. I come here very often and it’s consistently great. The Omelettes and sandwiches are amazing. They know how to cook an egg! You’re in for a treat if they still have pastries or bread pudding (the bread pudding is out of this world - they use their own croissants). Every Saturday they typically have a special sandwich or something like that - often very good. Jordan the host / waitress / part of family team and her parents are amazing hosts. It’s always so warm and friendly. The cafe is well lit. The prices are reasonable. It’s a neighborhood staple that has been around for a long time and gets a lot of regulars. You’ll feel like you’re in a small town in southern France but in the heart of Philadelphia. They play relaxed level music that doesn’t distract and allows you to talk. A good place to bring a dog if sitting outside. Can’t say enough great things!"

"This charming, family-owned spot is very cute and has a warm atmosphere. I like their pastries: we got croissant with jam and butter and cinnamon scone. We decided to go with the egg platters this time around. While initially quite plain – a canvas of just eggs – a sprinkle of salt and pepper brought them to life.
