"In Philly for work, all I wanted was a decent Philly Cheesesteak. Got here about 10:30. I knew what I wanted, so at the latest I ordered my food at 10:45pm ( it is now going on 11:20pm). Shoot! This sandwhich better be fire! The food service is not quick or in any fashion up to any standards. I think they only cater to the locals first. I would not recommend this place for food after 10pm. A another patron ordered Shrimp Tacos, he got his food in about 6 mins. I waited over 30 mins for mine(so I can only assumed someone lost my order and never said anything). I get it that things happen, but at the least tell the customer of the issue. The food was good, but the wait time for food was the worst. I would not recommend this place unless they can change my mind. Stay away fro this joint. Unless like most places you are a regular, the service is not very good. No appologizes about the wait time to me. I could only say the service was not good. Granted food is very good, service somewhere got lost. Horrible from my view point. Stay away unless you want slow service(internal sistuation but still mot mu problem).All reviews are on a personal experience and me experince suck for the food portion. Drink service was very good. I mean I bartender started my order and took my card, but never came back to check on me. There was another bartender that did a great job on helping me out. So based on my food experience tonight, I would never recommend anyone to come here for food. If you are just drinking, the service is alright. At this point I was just Hangery. No to this spot, one and done and that is it. Find another place to go. Granted, I got here after 10:30pm. I mean, when I say they cater to the regulars, they do, because they asked the reguar that ordered the same Shrimp tacos and got it in about 6mins, took mine over 30 mins to get. So I will take more stars down for that. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR WHO DRINKS AND DINES HERE!!!!!!! STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM HERE, I RARELY POST NEGAVTIVE BECAUSE I WANT TO GIVE PLACES THE BEST REVIEW POSSIBLE, BUT YOU CATER TO THOSE WHO ARE THE ," REGULARS". JUST STAY AWAY,! "I held my husband’s 30th birthday at Cav’s and it was excellent! Mike the manager communicated well and the booking process was simple. I looked into several places in the city to have this party and Cav’s by far had the most reasonable prices for open bar and food. We got the whole upstairs to ourselves and it was a great size for 30 people but definitely could accommodate more comfortably! Our guests loved all of the food!! The wings were particularly good and Cav’s gave us plenty so we had enough to take home after. Also, the open bar was a hit. The bartenders were extremely accommodating to our guests requests and always ready to fill their drinks. Special shout out to Courtney specifically!! She was excellent!! My guests loved her. She remembered everyone’s drink orders and had an awesome attitude the entire time. Highly recommend Cav’s for your next private event!!!"

"Thursdays .75 wings. Everything we had was delicious! Hot and fresh fingers lickin good. Preztels nuggets, wings with cavanugh sauce, cheesesteak rolls, mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadilla, raspberry margaritas and dirty grey goose martinis."

"Sports bar, member of the union and Eagles clubs, and they have a lot of beers on tap. Sometimes getting staff attention was a little hard, the oval bar in the center on the first floor was packed. Upstairs I think they had a darts or some other league coming in to meet."

"Great place to meet friends for a game and drinks/wings. What stood out was the service and friendly staff. Despite it being very busy they were very attentive. Also tasty chicken-wings. Highly recommend"
