"While visiting my niece in Philly, we visited her favorite spot for coffee, Encanto Kicks & Coffee. This is truly a unique café, not just in its bold color decor, but that they sell “kicks” and jerseys in addition to coffee, tea, pastries, and small bites. Half of the space is seating for dining, and the other half of the space is for gaming and merchandise. Apparently, they also have local music pop-ups. We were on our way to thrifting, so we just grabbed some beverages to go. My niece got one of her faves, Cookies and Cream Latte, and I tried the Iced Passion Green Tea. Mine was delicious and I would definitely get it again. Best of all, they are a family owned business! If you are in the market for some sneakers and want great choices of coffee and tea at the same time, check them out. Maybe even get it to go and walk over to Frankford Avenue for some more shopping or a sit in the park. #trustkj"

"This spot is a must try! Very different & I love it. Cool that they sell sneakers as well as clothing, & the coffee is good! I got a vanilla lavender iced coffee & It was tasty! Staff is very friendly & inside looks nice. The quesitos are yum! You should def try them out. Will be back!"

"anyone who really loves a good cup of coffee understands that a good brew is a craft. Encanto has never failed to deliver. I’m usually one to stick to a tried & true order, but I’ve tried a new drink every time. The brew is smooth & the quality and freshness is evident in the taste. Even the sweet drinks are not overpowering the flavor of the beans. Also: The coffees provide the necessary jolt; they don’t skimp! The ambiance is amazing. It’s a great change of scenery from the regular gloomy, pensive café. It’s refreshing to balance the bright lights & the creative style with a coffee. I would recommend it as a good space to sit & work, play a few rounds of chess, shop for a pair of new shoes, or chat and sip."

"It was my first time here today & I really loved it. They were friendly and the matcha was great, plus I like that the space was open with a lot of sunlight instead of all cramped like most cafes in Philly. Plenty of comfy seating and loved the vibe. I also love that it’s owned by a proud Puerto Rican family. I’m definitely going back & telling friends about it too :)"
