"I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was extremely poor. My friends and I were asked to leave without any valid reason. One of us stepped away to use the restroom, and staff claimed she was “puking” despite there being absolutely no evidence of that. We were all completely sober. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and hostile. We were told to leave immediately and stand outside in the cold despite requesting to wait for a ride at the entrance. The entire interaction felt targeted and unfair, and it created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. As guests who were already in the minority in the space, the treatment we received was especially disheartening. This was not the experience we expected, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on how we were handled."

"Absolutely unacceptable. My friends and I were kicked out and accused of throwing up in the bathroom by the general manager . No proof, no respect, and terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a club. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values fair treatment. This experience ruined the entire night. This place needs to work on professionalism and communication."

"Came across this place purely by accident. Walked into the bar downstairs and it was packed and smelled horrible, but saw a group go into a door just next to the bar. Went up and found this lounge. Staff were really chill and friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Got a drink that was pricy, but looked really cool. I realized later that there was hookah which I am not a big fan of, but the atmosphere was really nice and it would be an awesome place to try. Even better if you do hookah! Definitely worth a visit and a cool spot for some delicious and aesthetically pleasing drinks!"

"Literally amazing if you guys want to get drunk (with some class) definitely stop by they’re absolutely amazing the management and ownership here is literally out of this world. The fact that they’re based in Philadelphia and not somewhere as high class as Dubai is mindblowing, every drink from George is phenomenal and Jamie the owner was literally one of the funniest and coolest guys I’ve ever met. He helped me with my suit and told me plenty of tips to help keep me elevated and moving forward in my career. If you're even thinking about blue marítimo or Cuba libre for drinks don’t even waste your time just stop here. It’s a little place upstairs."
