"The original staff that worked here when the establishment was first opened a few years ago was absolutely lovely. The new crew now is the complete opposite. They don’t greet you and judge you for your special orders. The chai lattes are great though but I guess I’ll learn to make my own at home because the trip isn’t worth it anymore."

"Better than the Starbucks on campus (both in coffee and customer service) but they really need a customer only seating policy. I went there earlier today and of the 9 tables (all occupied), 7 were seating people who went to the vendors next door and did not have Java City drinks. I couldn't grab a seat even though I was a customer which sounds petty but it is one of the best places to study on campus (if you can get a seat)."

"Small , decent little coffee shop with a few different things to choose from. Juices, coffees and snacks are fair priced compared to Starbucks. Will prefer Java City over Starbucks for a traditional coffee."
