What People Are Saying
from Google"I loved this corner bakery. They have been around forever and they are very welcoming and kind. I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese and it was excellent. I also got a few cookies for my husband and he loved them! They had so much fresh bread that I wanted to try so I’ll be back to taste test more."
"It’s been a long time since I’ve visited this old time bakery. I bought 2 loaves of bread, 18 bagels, 6 knishes, 2 large cookies & 1 individual cheesecake. $74. I wouldn’t have minded if everything was as great as before. Unfortunately, the knishes were frozen, the cookies were dry & artificial flavored, the plain cheesecake had a doughy crust & pineapple inside (????). The only thing decent was the bagel order. Not worth the trip for me anymore. I’m very sad, the end of an era."
"Exquisite and traditional bakery. Every baked product is artisanlally made and customer service is sweeter than their desserts."
"I would give them a zero. My Mom bought from them for many years. I carried on the tradition and did the same. Last year we bought 7 loaves. They were given to other people. The loaves went moldy in a couple days. When I called the bakery to explain what happened, the lady was very rude to me. My family and I will not be buying from them anymore!!!!"
"Fantastic everything-egg bagel! Had to grab a loaf of chocolate babka too which was also very good, didn’t last long. In biz since 1919?!? I can see why 💯 😎 Service was more than kind as I ogled over all the treats. To another 105 years!!"
