"Hear me out- I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here. The best bagels I’ve ever had. With that being said this is my third time here recently that my order has been messed up. Ordered a sandwich with scallion cream cheese and some veggies as well as a single bagel to take home. Get home and realize I’m missing the single bagel. Went back to the store and they fixed it, no problem. Now I’m home and open my sandwich to see they put pumpkin cream cheese instead of my ordered scallion. Nobody wants to eat pumpkin cream cheese with some veggies. I also paid extra for the veggies and this is what I received. I love this place and love their bagels however I’m really hoping the workers behind the counter and in the kitchen start to pay more attention to their orders."

"Great bagels, nice people, tasty vegan everything bagel, vegan egg & cheese and zhug. Lots of there own brand items for sale cream cheese spreads, drinks. seasonings, and the Dr. Brown’s soda, which is not easy to find I have bought their bagels. It packs of four before the everything bagel is my favorite and is exceptional tasting. One reason is the fermentation process they use gives a really satisfying taste, especially when toasted. And all of the bagels toppings are always consistent. The everything bagel has a really nice mix of sesame seeds poppy seeds, onion, garlic, kosher salt, so you get a little bit of everything in every bite when you toast their bagels and put a little bit of butter it’s like food heaven they also have merchandise such as T-shirts, hats etc."

"Absolutely fantastic all around. The bagels are outstanding, perfectly chewy on the inside with a great crust, clearly made with care and skill. The spreads and toppings are fresh, well balanced, and thoughtfully done, nothing feels slapped together. Friendly, welcoming staff who actually seem happy to be there, a relaxed atmosphere, and a place that feels like a genuine neighborhood staple rather than a trend chasing spot. Easily one of the best bagel spots in Philly. Highly recommended."

"I’ve had their bagels so many times now and they’re so much better than many places in Philly. Not to mention the staff and owners are so awesome, I’ve never had a negative interaction. I hardly ever go for anything that’s just veg however the veg sammie is unreal. Tastes so fresh and the bagel adds the perfect crunch. Can’t wait for the other spots to open up!"

"One of the great place to have breakfast in this fish town area. If you are local or just visiting Philadelphia. This place hands down is the best bagel place. They have great selection of bagel sandwich or just classic. The variety of bagels is amazing and also their homemade spread is worth it. The only drawback is the drink options is very limited and the coffee is okay. Also there is no proper seating so takeaway is better but if you wait enough you might find a spot. Also, the staff is great and very helpful."
