"Cold and open floor plan, and no good system behind the counter. I ordered a coffee and one of the extremely gross and dry looking sandwiches that are in the display case hoping it would come out better than it looked (premade egg disks and boring bread and some meat slices) and went to wait for my food. I waited for about 10 minutes and asked what was going on, and they forgot the drink and food I ordered. I reminded them and got both quickly after. Disappointing."
