"This is an amazing place and it offers great cocktails, but it's sad how your experience can go from 100 to zero because of one person. Came with friends from New York and we stayed till the end. We asked the guy to allow us to wait for our Uber, but he refused, and there are still a lot of people in the bar. We ended up outside in the rain, and he was super rude to us, almost hit us with the heat lamp while he was taking it inside. I feel horrible; I have to leave 3 stars as this is a five-star place for me, but this experience destroyed my friends and me, and we questioned if we could go back to this place because it’s cold outside."
