"I stopped by Philadelphia over the weekend and decided to visit this place after seeing how busy it was both in the morning and at night — and the great reviews didn’t lie! The restaurant sits right across from a park, and despite the crowd and size, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive (except for the host — a little smile or warmth would’ve made a much better first impression). Thanks to the generous, delicious breakfast and the genuinely kind service, my day started off perfectly. The gentleman who guided us to our table greeted us with such thoughtful manners, and our server’s hospitality was truly flawless. It’s been a while since I had such a pleasant dining experience, so I happily left a bigger tip than usual. These days, some restaurants can’t even provide decent basic service yet still circle the “extra tip” section on the receipt — but this place was outstanding in every way. The bread basket was amazing — even the complimentary bread was fresh and delicious. The butter was a bit too cold and hard to spread, but the jam that came with it was wonderful. The onion soup we shared was absolutely perfect, and the beet salad was fresh, tangy, and refreshing. The quiche was soft, seasoned well, and had an ideal texture. The only small downside was the coffee, which could have been better. But overall, the bright smile and warm service from our server, along with the team’s attentiveness even during the busy rush, made this a truly delightful breakfast experience. Highly recommend — this place absolutely deserves its great reputation!"

"Parc is spectacular, yet a reasonably priced restaurant you can take your kids too. All of our apps were amazing, the bread there is to die for and the main courses were just as good. There’s still so much on the menu I want to try, we will be back soon! Can’t wait to sit at a little bistro table outside this Spring or Summer! Don’t miss it. One of our favorite Starr restaurants"

"We were lucky to walk in without waiting the Saturday morning before a snow storm for brunch. And when I say it is worth it😵🤯 The complimentary bread basket and the pastry basket are so generous and well made, especially the cranberry walnut sourdough slices, omg! For dishes we chose only from the appetizers as they all looked (and tasted!) too interesting to refuse — chicken liver parfait (silky smooth, the cherry pistachio toasts on the side are also divine), steak tartare, tuna carpaccio, escargots, and onion soup. We were so in love with everything and this was honestly the finest brunch I’ve had for a while. $60 per person with coffee and one dessert. The only slight downside is that it’s very bustling inside with music and people, and could get very sensory overloading after a while, but I guess that’s the Paris street vibe they are going for!"

"I came on Monday evening, i made no reservations, and was lucky to have space available. If you plan to come in group, make sure to make reservation, it's full 'till closing. Atmostphere as you can see in the video, place is great, restroom clean, staff friendly. It is a little bit hard to catch your server, its very busy and packed. Overall, it is still great for gathering. Ordered: Mushroom soup, yummy and comfort as always. Not to blant not over seasoned. Escargot was great, come with bread stick, deep it in the sauce for a little and yeahh its melting in your mouth. Lamb shank honestly it taste good. It's just I'm someone who enjoy strong flavors, so for me its a little bit too mild seasoned, so if you cant stand too much spices, this would be very great. But if you are someone who enjoy strong flavors like me, its good but this might not be yours. Overall, will be back to try other entreès :)"

"Everyone knows this place, so it's no surprise that i'm finally leaving a review. it wasn't my first time at parc, but today's visit was so wonderful that i had to share. my roommate and i stopped by so she could drop off her resume, and while she did that, we decided to take a seat at the bar. Jen, our bartender, was absolutely delightful from the start—friendly, smiley, and full of energy that instantly made us want to stay for drinks. we kicked off our day with two espresso martinis made with their in-house coffee, which had such a distinct flavor that the drinks truly stood out. of course, we couldn't resist trying some of their small plates. we went with the charcuterie board, featuring duck confit, sardines with homemade butter, and deviled eggs. they started us off with bread, and the cherry walnut bread was the real star. i wish it had been a bit warmer, but the salted butter was soft, spreadable, and perfectly paired with each bite. the deviled eggs were a dream-the yellow whip was light, fluffy, and cloud-like, with just enough cracked pepper to elevate the flavor. Jen also guided us through trying the sardines for the first time, showing us how to enjoy them properly. with the butter and a squeeze of lemon, each bite felt like a little marine adventure- so fresh and delicious! as for the charcuterie board, the pâté campagne and duck rillette looked a bit intimidating at first, but every bite was incredible. the duck was packed with flavor, and paired with the bread, it was pure heaven. my only minor complaint is that the board didn't include jam or cheese to go with the bread, which i think would have made it perfect. Jen went above and beyond to divide and pack our food, and her attentiveness made the experience even better. the restaurant itself is a bit dim, giving off a cozy, warm ambiance. overall, i truly enjoyed my visit to parc this time around and would definitely recommend it-even for lunch!"
