"I liked my pasta but my wife did not like her eggplant pasta. Also our other friend liked his food and kids liked their spaghetti. Calamari was nice. They have also non alcoholic beer. The waitress sang very nice opera music. They sang every 30 minutes. I like the authenticity of the place. Second floor was all about the rocky movies if you are a fan. It is a great place to spend some time. I suggest this place if you have visitors who want to see special Philly restaurant."

"My first time at The Victor Cafe and it was so nice. We went on a Wednesday night with an early dinner reservation. We had cocktails upstairs and I was in awe of the place. Beautifully decorated with a vintage setting and pictures everywhere. My margarita was perfect and so was my husband’s cocktail. Renee was our server and she was so courteous and knowledgeable and I have to say has an incredible singing voice. We had dinner downstairs which consisted of clams casino, a beet salad, a chicken dinner and a pork chop dinner. We were given a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Truly a memorable dinner and I look forward to a return visit."

"This is our first time to Philadelphia and we are big Stallone/Rocky fans so we were excited to try this restaurant where some of Rocky Balboa and Creed was filmed. This was one of the best dining experiences with phenomenal entrees, excellent staff, beautiful atmosphere and amazing entertainment with the wait staff breaking into operatic song!! Our server Brenton was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend!!"
