What People Are Saying

"This is a very nice, intimate place and the new home of the Laugh House. While the food and cocktails are a bit on the pricey side, both are absolutely delicious and worth it. It’s definitely a great spot for a date—very intimate and romantic. I went for the first time with a female friend of mine, but honestly, it’s not really a “friend hangout” type of place. Most of the seating is arranged for two people, the dining area is quite dark, and the atmosphere is cozy and moody. Each table has a flameless candle, which really adds to the vibe. The staff—waitresses, waiters, and everyone else—are extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. The shows themselves were very enjoyable. One thing a lot of people don’t know is that many of the shows are part of the Access Philly program (if you’re not familiar with it, definitely look it up). Overall, I highly recommend this place. Overall rating: 9/10 Food & location: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Comedy shows: Solid 8–9/10 — funny and entertaining, though not every show had me crying from laughter. Still, a great experience and a spot I’d absolutely return to."

"Very nice small and intimate venue. The concert was great. The food and drinks were so yummy. Good amount of space you can dance and stand. You can sit IF you make a reservation for a table and come in time. Also, Pear was amazing!"

"Went to a album release party with Freeway and Son of the 215. Had a nice time and the place is very comfy! Not to big and not to small. They had lite bite food and drinks. Nice place!"

"Went to the jazz show Parlour Noir this Sunday evening. I like the venue but was disappointed with this experience. The venue is a little rough around the edges and needs a refresh. The bartender was very slow and failed to acknowledge me. I was never able to get a drink. The band was average and only performed for only one hour. Tickets were $45 and they only played for one hour, poor performance. Please have greater quality and regard for your audience."
