"A fun little venue that I had managed to miss for years. I saw Willi Carlisle (definitely worth catching him live regardless of the venue) and had a great time. It's definitely a small spot for a packed concert, but it didn't feel uncomfortable, and the vibe was low key yet still lively. The bar staff was really nice and attentive as well."

"I've been going to the Club Cafe for over 20+ years now, and I can honestly say that it's definitely one of my favorite AND one of, if not the MOST intimate venues I've ever been to personally. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and I've thoroughly enjoyed EVERY single time I've been there and recording who I go see there!!! It's intimacy allows us fans to get closer than ever to some of our favorite musicians and bands, and it generally sounds pretty great in there taboot too!!! I always setup my Schoeps microphones at the last pole, which is just about an equilateral triangle from the stage, and is in a great location for my mics. As usual, Thursday night's Octave Cat show sounds sublime, even though the crowd gets louder and more talkative the more alcohol they consume LoL 😁 Anyway, PERFECT little venue I've been going to for over 20+ years now, and I'll continue to keep going back if things stay the way they have been the last 20 years. Great bands, friendly staff, clean environment, and sounds good inside. And the intimacy is obviously incredible. That's exactly why I keep going back after all of these years 🙏✌️👍💯🕺"
