What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Honestly, this is a really great little corner bar. My wife and I were here the other night. Between the two of us, we had two sandwiches with sides, an appetizer, six beers and two shots. We came out at 48 bucks before the tip. You really can't beat that in 2025. Not only is it cheap, but it's friendly too. The serve bartender was friendly and the people in the bar were just chilling and having a good time. It's definitely a locals kind of place, but not one that makes you feel unwelcome. I'm looking forward to coming back here more often."
"It’s a corner neighborhood bar. Small and cozy. No frills. If you like getting very local then this is worth a stop for at least a round."
"Great bar for many years and hot bartender 12/16/25. Sadly didn't get his name"
"I would give this bar less than 1 star if possible. Really rude bartender, door person, and regulars. We were recommended to try here as it was a nice little hole in the wall dive bar with a good vibe. However, it couldn't have been more wrong. As we walked in we were questioned about our IDs as we were traveling from out of state; the door person seemed skeptical that we could've traveled to this bar. There were only about 6 people in the bar, but it still took the bartender over 15 minutes to pour a shot as he visibly tried to ignore our group. Our group was younger than most of the patrons but wasn't loud or disruptive. Just being younger shouldn't mean we aren't welcome. Overall, I would never recommend this spot to anyone looking to be treated with common courtesy."
"Went here after my grandmother's funeral with my family and made friends while I was there great time over all"
"This was my first visit to Cupka. It is less homey inside than Black Dog, but on this Friday morning, it was blessedly quiet. We enjoyed our hot breakfast..."
