The chef at this establishment is bar none one of the kindest and most considerate I've had the pleasure of meeting. From handcrafted and owner forged metalwork, to comfortable, yet elegant seating, the ambiance, color, and decor are unmatched. "This is the BEST coffeehouse/restaurant in Pittsburgh. This place gives me southern vibes. The staff is amazing, professional, personable and knowledgeable with the dishes and drinks! A lot of Pittsburgh breakfast places lack seasoning on their food, but ECHT’s food is very well seasoned and will literally melt your taste buds! The presentation of the food is always top notch and looks like it belongs at a 5 star restaurant. The owners are AMAZING!! It’s beautiful on the inside and they also host events!
