"I am very unhappy with my experience here: 1. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive at our table, which is unacceptably long. 2. Our food was not warm when it arrived. 3. We were forced to pay an ADDITIONAL 19% fee on top of the original price for our table. Our waitress did not tell us about this additional fee; if she did, we would not have eaten there. The prices are already high ($20+ for burgers), and the average tip, in addition to the 19% fee are simply unreasonable. The food was good, and I enjoyed my meal. However, the wait time and unnecessary fees left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will tell people not to come to this restaurant."

"Food was very good. Had to wait tooo long. As the only Glatt Kosher meat restaurant in Pittsburgh, I don't know if they have reliable clientele but was short staffed when I was there. This is a book store that turns to a restaurant in the evening."
