What People Are Saying

"This place was great! It was my first time there with a friend and we got chicken ramen. I could’ve gotten another bowl with how good it was, I also ordered a peppermint martini which tasted exactly how it sounds! Totally recommend if you’re looking for a new place. Also bar seating was available and cozy!!"

★★★★★

"The food was absolutely delicious as the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and every bite was satisfying. Service is efficient and friendly. Highly recommend both the food and the amazing service!"

"Fujiya Ramen is always worth the wait. The noodles are truly authentic, and the spicy miso ramen is my all-time favorite—rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying every single time. The service is warm and welcoming, even when it’s busy, which makes the long line feel easier to bear. The skewers are excellent, and the sides really shine too—especially the takoyaki, pancake, and pork bun. A place I keep coming back to and happily recommend."

"Visited Fujiya recently and it was okay. The restaurant itself it cozy and gives feeling of community, but it is very small. I started off with a cherry blossom tea (it was phenomenal) and had the gyoza pork dumplings (they were very good too)! For dinner, I had the chicken ramen. The broth was good at best and the noodles/veggies were fresh! I wanted to love it, but something about it just wasn’t my favorite. We did sit at the bar and it felt very unorganized. When you walk in you have to sign up for the waitlist by qr code; highly suggest signing up prior to arrival. The bartender was subpar at best. If we are in the area craving ramen, I’d definitely stop again, but it would not be my go-to ramen spot or a regular place I frequent. Definitely worth a shot if you are around shadyside!"

"Had an amazing experience at Fujiya! The naruto ramen, okonomiyaki, katsu don, and veggie tempura was incredible and the staff was really friendly. Can’t wait to visit again! :)"
