What People Are Saying
from Google"Absolutely amazing! I ordered the lamb chops which I usually avoid because I’m not a big lamb person but I decided to give them another try. I’m so glad I did! They were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I’m officially obsessed, and lamb chops from this place will be my go to order from now on!"
"Such a delicious meal! The hummus was excellent as a starter with warm pita to accompany it. The salads were fresh and the house dressing was amazing!! The mixed grill was a generous portion and tasty. The lamb shank was also delicious. The tea was also top notch as well as the service. Definitely worth a trip next time you are near Carson Street."
"Wonderful Lebanese restaurant in South Side Pittsburgh. Go and enjoy their amazing shawarma and fattoush."
"If you don’t eat at Kassab’s, you are missing out. Family owned, it is the best dinning experience I’ve had in Pittsburgh (Yes, ALL of Pittsburgh). Personally, I’ve had Arabic food from many different places, as I am a fein for it, but Kassab’s is the most authentic, flavorful, and amazing Arabic food I’ve ever tasted. From the humus, to the kibbeh, to the shawarmas, to the Baklava; the cuisine is mouth watering and superb. Its delight reaches beyond the food also, as the service is excellent, and the restaurant’s atmosphere and interior is amazing. I will for sure be going many more times. If you live in Pittsburgh or are just stopping by, Kassab’s is a MUST-go-to restaurant. Don’t miss out."
"I’ve lived in southside for a while and I can’t believe I never stopped and ate here. Wonderful experience, food, and service. Our server Simon was on top of his game. My sister kept asking for more things and he didn’t miss one thing (AND he wasn’t writing it down- impressive)"
