"Was really excited to try this place after having moved to the US from Japan. While the food was good the service was a bit lacking. The host was great and gave us a wonderful welcome however we waited close to 25 minutes for a waiter to come to our table or even a glass of water. The restaurant was not busy and we saw others who walked in after us get service. We even pressed the call button twice before someone came over. Started off rocky but was excited about the food. The meat and broth were super delicious but the texture of the ramen was not the best as it felt like I was eating cup ramen noodles. Overall the place is beautiful and everyone was friendly. Maybe it was just an off day that we experienced but will definitely try again."

"Very friendly service. Nice size menu with lots of offerings. Wish I had two stomachs so I could’ve eaten more. I really wanted to try the signature omuraisu, but decided to get with the Ramen. Out of the two 🍜 , I liked this one the best: Served with Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Half Marinated Egg Yinyang Bowl (B) (Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen + Sapporo Miso Ramen) Served with Braised Pork, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Zucchini, and Scallions. Thank you chef and staff! We’ll be back."

"I genuinely enjoyed my experience here. Super authentic food and beautiful interior seating space. I sat right by the kitchen and it was such a clean establishment I was very pleased with coming here! The pork belly bun was bursting with flavor- could have used a bit more sauce but it was DELICIOUS. I had the ying yang ramen and both soups were fantastic and contrast each other very well. The chashu in the soup was tender and to die for, and the tempura shrimp was a very nice crunchy touch. The eggs were a bit cold but that’s okay! I ate them first anyways. My server whose name I didn’t catch- was super friendly and attentive. Overall I will be coming back here and bringing friends :)"

"This restaurant is beautiful inside. At first we were upset that the menu was changed slightly and we couldn’t order some of the items we saw in previous reviews. After getting over that initial set back we dug in and thoroughly enjoyed our drinks, starters and entrees. The servings are surprisingly large and filling. The customer service is minimal and non-intrusive. There are so many interesting vantage points and hidden seating arrangements. The lighting and decor is very relaxing. Ideal location for dates, birthdays or business."

"I came here for a late-night dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Lu, was fantastic—he took the time to give us a detailed explanation of the menu, which made it easy to choose dishes we’d enjoy. The fried rice was excellent—perfectly seasoned, fluffy, and full of flavor. The grilled squid was another standout: smoky, tender, and paired really well with the dipping sauce. Everything tasted fresh and came out beautifully presented. Overall, great food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere."
