"I called La Prima’s Chateau location in regards to purchasing espresso beans. I received a call back and the lady that I spoke to was very nice friendly and helpful. She told me that in order to purchase products the I needed a tax number for a business in which I understood. I explained to her that I live down the street and just was wondering if I could buy from that location.Then she called me back and told me that if I purchase online that I could pick it up there. So I ordered two bags of espresso beans. The process of online ordering was extremely painless and easy! Once I got my confirmation that my order was ready, I went to pick up my order and was treated like royalty. I really wish I knew the young lady’s name I spoke to on the phone because she did not have to call me back and inform me about the online ordering!!! She went above and beyond and I thank you for that. And the gentleman that managed the online ordering was very respectful and welcoming! We talked about coffee beans, my purchase, and the organs of the beans. He was very knowledgeable about his products which I can appreciate. My entire experience with La Prima was top notch. I felt more like a friend then a customer. La Prima coffee will always be my favorite coffee company to buy from! Thank you all for the great experience!!!"
