What People Are Saying

from Google

"This place is incredible for when you need something incredibly filling quickly but you actually want real nutrients and something on the healthier side. The portions are great and I'm always satisfied with some leftovers. They do custom bowls/wraps/pitas but they have some options on the menu that are good if you don't want to bother making your own thing. The entire menu is vegetarian and it's easy to customize everything to be vegan. They even have vegan cheese. Just make sure to double check which sauces are vegan if you're worried about that."

"Y'all. I don't go out of my way to leave reviews but I had to for this spot. It's absolutely delicious AND healthy?? And huge portions!! And I'm maxing out protein and nutrients for all you gym heads or health conscious folks. And also the man that works there is soooo kind and helpful. I left with not only a full stomach, but also a full heart. This is a hidden GEM."

"Greens & Grains just opened in Lawrenceville, and it's a total gem for anyone looking for fresh, healthy, plant-based eats. They specialize in vegan and vegetarian dishes, all made fresh to order. You can order online, or use their sleek in-store touchscreen to get started—super convenient! The menu is packed with options: build-your-own bowls, wraps, pita wraps, green bowls, and a variety of salads like halloumi, Mexican, and Fattoush. Everything is homemade, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The space is cozy—perfect for grab-and-go—with a few counter seats inside and a couple of small tables out front if you want to hang for a bit. I wasn’t sure what to get, so the owner helped me create a custom Green & Grain Bowl: brown rice, lettuce, Mediterranean mix, buffalo plant-based chicken, grilled corn, banana peppers, pickled onions, a Mexican cheese blend, and their house dressing. Then he topped it with homemade hummus, homemade baba ghanoush, and even a stuffed grape leaf. It was perfect—so colorful, flavorful, and satisfying. I loved every bite! Can’t wait to go back and try more. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving something fresh, filling, and good for you!"

"First time going here. They just opened a few months back. The owner is very nice and lets you try many in house made things such as hummus, eggplant salad and many salad dressings! All ingredients are so fresh and he helps you choose combinations that would go well together. I def recommend supporting this new local business."
