from Google"Brought my daughter there for her 21st birthday. To start the hostess was very nice and took us to our table on the second floor. Our waiter was very nice as well and was efficient in servicing our needs. The food was bland and overall a waste of money, although the ambiance made it tolerable. We ordered the fried burrata, Caesar salads (which I think tasted like horseradish-but she rather enjoyed). I ordered the crab and lobster Mac n cheese—not a single seasoning was used. There was a little piece of chewy claw meat buried in the middle and overall tasteless. She had the wagyu ragu which was a greasy meat sauce with noodles she liked it but I didn’t care for it although it did seem seasoned. The little sparkler and cotton candy fluff was ADORABLE!!!! She had the cinnamon spiced crème brûlée which she loved and I thought was a nice twist on a classic. Overall great vibe for an evening out but flavor is SERIOUSLY LACKING for the price of the food. Service was great."
"went to celebrate my 21st and absolutely loved it! our server nickie was very attentive and kind! prices were definitely a bit up there but it was to be expected at a higher end place. out of all the pricier places in the pittsburgh area that i have tried thus far, this place has been the best by a mile. would absolutely go again!!"
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience at The Ritual House! Everything about our visit was exceptional. Mackenzie and Erika were incredibly friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was blown away by how many delicious choices there were. Mackenzie went above and beyond helping us choose safe, amazing gluten-free dishes, and it made the whole experience feel effortless. Marcus was fantastic with the drinks—he made the Wicked special, “Obsessulated,” for me and even gave me a pink and green wand to pop the bubble on top. Such a fun, magical touch that totally made my night! One thing that really stood out was the staffing. The Ritual House had so many attentive team members on the floor that we never had to ask for anything. Someone was always right there when we needed them, without ever feeling rushed or crowded. It made the whole evening smooth and relaxing. Between the incredible service, the creative cocktails, and the excellent gluten-free options, The Ritual House truly exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about our visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend asking for Mackenzie, Erika, and Marcus!"
"The food and service was great. Although the restaurant is very expensive, it was very good. The mixed drinks were good, but not great. Thei strength is in their service and entrees. We started with the French onion soup and crab bisque. Both were excellent. We also had a glazed salmon dish, Chilean sea bass, and asian chicken. All three were excellent as well. Definitely a nice restaurant to try if you haven't had the opportunity to do so."
"It is very beautiful and inside. The food is amazing! I had the French onion soup shrimp and lobster Mac and cheese. Very flavorful and loaded with seafood. We were celebrating a birthday! Well worth the trip into the city!!!"
