"This location was beyond amazing! We were seated immediately and the menu had a wide variety of interesting dishes. Our server was lovely, checked up on us often. The atmosphere and design of this place is absolutely beautiful! I ordered the Spicy rigatoni pasta which was excellent! An amazing portion size and tasted so good! As for desert, I had the S’mores cheesecake which was SO good! Will definitely be coming back I was super impressed with the service and atmosphere."

"On January 18, 2026, A guest and I enjoyed an evening dinner at The Cheesecake Factory on Pittsburgh's SouthSide. From the moment we walked into their vestibule and main lobby, the place was packed. Guests were lined up waiting for seating, and the front-door staff quoted a 30–45 minute wait. Instead of standing around, I looked over at the bar area and asked if we could still get a full-service dining experience there and the hostess confirmed yes, dining was available at the bar and high-top tables. We grabbed one of the few open high-top tables (seats four), and there were also several open bar seats available. In total, there were roughly 15 open seats between the bar and high tops, which could’ve easily helped speed up the guest flow if that option was suggested upfront to waiting customers. Spicy Tuna $18.95 This came out looking great and delivered on flavor. A solid starter to kick off the meal. Louisiana Chicken Pasta_ $24.95 (my entrée) Comfort food done right. Great portion size, creamy pasta base, and the crispy chicken gave it that perfect bite. Skinny Hamburger $17.50 (guest entrée) A great lighter option from the Skinny Menu. Still flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy. Total: $65.70 (before tip) Everything tasted fresh, came out looking appetizing, and the portions were worth the price. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was especially filling and flavorful. Busy, loud, and high-energy—which comes with the territory at Cheesecake Factory on a weekend night. The vibe was lively and the place stays moving. Service at the bar dining area was solid once we got seated, but the biggest miss was the lack of guidance at the entrance. With open seats available at the bar and high tops, that could’ve helped reduce the lobby congestion and improve the overall customer experience for everyone. With the heavy crowd, we still had a great dinner experience. The food delivered, the atmosphere felt like a popular Saturday-night spot should, and the bar dining option saved us from a long wait. I’d definitely return especially knowing that the bar and high-top seating can be a quicker way to enjoy full service without waiting in the main area."

"​The Cheesecake Factory definitely has a lively atmosphere and an incredibly massive menu with lots of interesting options. The service was friendly and efficient. the main reason to visit a place called 'The Cheesecake Factory' is for the cheesecake, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We ordered four different flavor to try and none of them were good ----i don't know how to explain but mostly just feel too much sweet creamy flavor in everything!"
