"Extremely disappointed with my experience. This place runs a buffet-style setup, but they serve the food to you—so you’re stuck with whatever they put on the plate. I ordered fried chicken and rice, and it was a huge letdown. The fried chicken was lukewarm and partially cold, which is not only unappetizing but also a serious food safety issue. Food that’s not kept at the right temperature is a breeding ground for bacteria. The rice tasted burnt, like it had been sitting too long or wasn’t cooked properly. I spent $14 on a plate I couldn’t even finish, and I left feeling frustrated and concerned. This place needs to tighten up their food handling practices before someone gets sick. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this was too poor and potentially unsafe not to say something."

"Well for starters they charge you One price over the phone and another price when you’re in the store and even ordering a drink without ice now they’re charging you an extra dollar which I’ve never heard in my life and I’ve worked in a restaurant industry for a while and they also short you on food when you order over the phone and when you’re ordering at the store is somewhat different. They charge their customers extra without them, even knowing why are they being charged for and some people just pay for it without even knowing we must voice out and speak against this kind of behavior I will not be ordering from this Store or supporting them in any way ever again and I have been buying here for years I’m truly disappointed. I will not be robbed For their sake, they need to be publicly putting this at their store or online or telling people where their mouth what they doing if they’re really short on money, they should really start prioritizing"

"Walked into this restaurant with my boyfriend and stood in-line behind 3 Hispanic people who immediately got served and asked what they wanted. As soon as it was our turn the women walked away and the two gentlemen behind the counter just looked as is and laughed. We were standing for 15 mins while the staff just stared and no one served us. We walked out after that because it was no need to make a scene. I’ve experienced the racism a few times before but let it go before not thinking too much into it. This restaurant has good food it’s just a racist place. We don’t live in the city but thought we’d be treated with respect. Next time I’m going to show up and expose the racial bias. Smh"
