"Absolutely the BEST BAGEL SHOP IN LEHIGH VALLEY! The food is always fantastic. The down side? Getting a hold of them to place an order over the phone. I think if you guys upgraded to an online order system; 5 stars all the way. You’d be able to start working on mobile/online orders immediately. That with a virtual terminal for payment…you’d do better than you’re doing now. Less phone calls, less labor on the register…hope you find this suggestion useful."

"Really delicious bagels. All of the staff I interacted with were so sweet. They are SO efficient, but without being rude or pushy even a little. The location was a bit strange as an out-of-towner, but once I got there it was well worth the drive. Great experience. 😊"

"Back Home Bagels has THE BEST BAGELS!! I have driven 45 minutes out of my way just to get one of their bagels! Their bagels are always fresh, warm and a little chewy on the inside- heavenly! They also have an amazing line up of sandwiches for lunch! This place is awesome- highly recommend!!"
