"This company runs an online business where they illegally filter reviews. Notice how there are no 1 star reviews on their products. This is in violation of the FTC's The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) which safe guards against review censorship from valid customers. I left an honest review on their Guayusa for being too finely ground (turning to sand in a strainer), and they denied it from their website. I take this as a sign they cannot be trusted, and I'd recommend ordering elsewhere if you are about to take a chance on one of their products (since you can't trust the reviews...)"
