"Very lovely staff. I felt like they were family. I even won their Christmas raffle (during my birthday so it was extra sweet). The menu is HUGE so everyone can find something they like."

"The American diner offers a welcoming family environment. The staff is amazing, I mean all of them are adorable. Debbie is the best. The kids love the chocolate chip pancakes and my favorite is the crab omelette. The order was prepared timely and it was inexpensive. I recommend this place."

Eggs greasy, potatoes undercooked, sausage taste old, like it was in the freezer for some time. The Server smelled of cigarettes and had a major attitude. I asked for a glass of water which never came. Told her that the potatoes were undercooked she told me that’s the way they make them. Not friendly or helpful at all. Servers arguing among themselves. Very unprofessional. How people would give this place 5 stars is beyond me, must have been employees or friends and family of employees giving these high ratings. Worse place I been to in Berks county. Total waste of my money."

"I loved my waitress Debbie. I have a broken ankle and from the moment I walked up the ramp. I was welcomed with so much care. I only did a 4 star for food because I wanted my steak mid rare but I got well done. Besides that. The food was great. The atmosphere was welcoming. And my waitress is one of the best waiters I have ever encountered..."

"Always have good service here and tip good. Except today. Never had this waitress before as I think she was new. No creamers or sugar on the table for coffee. Didn't check on us after our food was served. And didn't offer refills for our coffee. Looked like she didn't want to be there. Spent over $50 and I left less than 10% tip. You get what you deserve."
