"Love everything I've had here. They had an amazing cinnamon bread pudding with crumble topping. Diving. And their croissants are amazing. As are their pies and countless pastries. The location is kinda better than when they were downtown. And we ve always found parking in front of the shop. I wish the place were cuter on the inside caus it's be a nice spot to sit and eat or would add to the overall vibe and bakery treat experience. But their treats are so amazing!!"

"This place is a 10 out of 10. They serve all of my favorites from iced coffees to cheesecake to quiche to croissants in the even do burgers which I have not tried. Their croissants are the second best I've ever had and I've tried a lot of croissants in my time. It has the crispiness on the outside and holds its integrity well but it has a very soft buttery inside and slightly very slightly compact inside. They really know what they're doing with the croissants. Is there cheesecakes look spectacular by the way and I'm going to have to get one. Also how could I forget their loaves of bread. I really don't see how they do it all. I could come here every day."

"Such a cute little spot perfectly located off 83 and by a hospital. This spot offers a selection of baked items, burger, pizza and quiches! It is a self service spot but there are still plenty of hard working staff who check in with you to make sure you have the best experience! Everyone is very friendly and don’t hesitate to ask them if you need anything! We got the quiche, tots, burger, pizza and baked item and I really can’t say I have any complaints! The burger was perfectly cooked & interesting choice of using an English muffin but it worked! The quiche was the probably the thickest I had ever seen and not overly salty and I loved the egg to meat ratio. The German pizza was excellent!! Very creamy and paired nicely with the side salad. I can’t recall what the pastry was called but started with Paris something and it was so good! The pair of the vanilla and chocolate cream on the side paired beautifully with the crunchy exterior and almonds."

The ordering process is simple: you place your order at the counter and are given a number card to wait for your meal. This efficient setup is perfect for the bustling lunchtime crowd, especially with many patrons opting for carry-out. We kicked off our meal with The German pizza, a heavenly creation featuring crème fraîche, roasted garlic, red onion, and house-made bacon. The combination of flavors was fantastic, with the roasted garlic adding depth to the dish and the crispy bacon providing a satisfying crunch. Next up was The Frenchy smash burger, a standout on their menu. Topped with sautéed mushrooms, brie cheese, and red onion marmalade, drizzled with rosemary aioli, it was a gourmet twist on a classic. The richness of the brie paired nicely with the sweet and savory elements of the marmalade, making this burger one to remember. It was juicy and flavorful, definitely a must have. To round out our meal, we shared a slice of ham and gouda quiche, which was equally impressive. The flaky crust cradled a savory filling that balanced the smoky ham and creamy gouda just right. It was hearty yet light enough to leave room for dessert. For dessert, we opted for their crumbly coffee cake. With its perfect balance of sweetness and a delightful crumbly texture, it was the ideal ending to our meal. Paired with a hot cup of coffee, it was hard to resist going back for another slice. Overall, The Copper Crust exceeded our expectations with its diverse menu and high-quality offerings.
