What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"1 Star – Absolutely awful experience! I don’t even know where to start. The service at The Drip Coffee House in North Kingstown was downright horrible. From the moment we walked in, the attitude was clear — rude, unprofessional, smirking staff who acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of the reason they’re in business. The coffee? It’s fine. That’s it. Nothing special, nothing memorable, and definitely nothing worth the hype or prices. The so-called protein balls are a complete rip-off. Overpriced, unimpressive, and nowhere near worth what they’re charging. And judging by the other reviews, several people have had the same experience — if not worse. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business much longer. To top it off, they were out of whole milk, and the staff’s response was: “The owner will not bring us milk or the manager, you need to use something else.” How do you run out of milk in a coffee shop? Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. But the real deal-breaker is the service. Disrespectful, dismissive, and unwelcoming. It made the whole place feel uncomfortable. When you combine mediocre products with terrible customer service, there is absolutely no reason to ever go back. Absolutely disgusting all around. No wonder this place sits at a 3-star rating — and based on this visit, that’s being generous."
"Ordered a drink and a bagel and the drink came out wrong and the bagel was forgotten about until I reminded them. The front staff just didn’t seem to care about me or my order. The atmosphere was comfy ! The bagel was good once I finally got it. The coffee was tasty! The location was convenient! But the experience was not chill and I felt like I was bothering the staff by asking for my food ."
"Great coffee. I usually order from go play and it was raining, so the coffee was a bit delayed. I saw a few uncaffeinated moms pacing around and I knew I had to leave a extra great review. I am so grateful for drip and the girlies working there who have to be in the cold. We are so BLESSED to have them."
"This coffee shop is super cute and has plenty of seating! There is ample parking too! Staff is friendly and the place is clean. They have a nice variety of options from breakfast sandwiches, paninis (you can order any time), açaí bowl, donuts from the RI Guys Donuts, homemade bagels and croissants and etc! They also offer coffees, teas, boba drinks, mimosas, and beer! We had a dirty chai which was good and I added some pumpkin since it’s Fall. The donuts are good and my kids liked the fruit cup. The bagels are really good and that’s saying a lot coming from NY! They have a nice soft chewiness to them without being too hard. They aren’t super dense either. It would be nice if they had more of a variety of cream cheeses to select from. My husband got the sausage, egg, cheese, arugula and onion on a jalapeño cheddar bagel that he enjoyed and it wasn’t messy. I got the Asiago one with cream cheese which was good! The spinach and cheese pastry was delicious too! I would recommend having it warmed up if that’s an option. The mimosas were great to kick off our Saturday morning! I do wish they also served some local beers! I enjoy visiting this coffee shop since they have a nice variety of options to choose from!"
"Got this note on my receipt. I obviously know it “costs money” to order food considering I had just spent $16 dollars for a bagel, medium hot coffee and a bottle of juice. The gluten free bagel & turkey was 5 dollars, so it would have apparently been around 10 dollars for a turkey egg and cheese, which there is no option for while ordering online. Mind you the turkey was just cold cuts. My phone number was included in my order, maybe they should have given me a call instead of writing this rude message on my receipt. Will not be ordering from them again."
"So many monthly special drink options to choose from, my favorite so far has been the iced banana bread matcha latte. The servers are friendly and work..."
