"First time there, it was a Saturday morning around 10AM left around 1130. Yes I’ve seen the reviews that the line is long and it’s a wait usually so I expected it but what I didn’t expect was that everyone after me AT LEAST 6 people got their orders before I did and mind you all I ordered was a Nutella latte + fluff added, no food. I waited in line for maybe 20 minutes but it was the wait for the coffee that had me feeling funny. The girls behind me ordered lattes as well, they got theirs, the ones after that lattes and lemonades and food for both got their elaborate orders before mine. I asked twice if I had missed my name and both times they said they did not call my name. I could tell they forgot my one drink order lol I get they’re busy but that shouldn’t leave me with a bad experience while everyone else has a coffee within a reasonable time. On top of it all the coffee was mid which really sucked lol I was hoping it’d be worth it. Don’t recommend really, seems like only the local Manville area people like it because it’s close - that assumption was made because I had conversations with people while I waited. The girl who rung up my order was the best part of it all, she was nice and helpful when I asked about my latte."

"First time coming here definitely a good experience food was great coffee was great as well I had the banana pie latte and it was amazing loved it! Will definitely be back! Line was pretty smooth for the amount of people in line but that is to be expected 4.8/5"

"I cannot say enough amazing things about this establishment. I loved them before they went viral, but I’m just going to tell you, the peanut butter and fluff latte is my favorite coffee in all of Rhode Island! Oh. And did I mention you can get it in a bucket?"

"Came here with my sister yesterday and today. Yesterday’s service far surpassed today’s. I was in line, and one of the baristas called “I can take whoever is next.” So I gave her my order (their new specialty pumpkin loaf latte in a bucket with oat milk, decaf) and this barista looked less than eager to take my order. She looked like I was the world’s biggest inconvenience or she looked like she wanted to die… probably both. When she asked if there was anything else we wanted, she also seemed extremely annoyed, even tho I said no. And she just walked off and started our coffees. I asked my sister and myself multiple times if there was something I said or something I could have done to make her feel like that, because I first thought it was something I personally did. I genuinely feel bad for this individual because she seemed to have had a day from Hell. She called out our coffees and just dropped them on the counter and ran off into the back, her coworkers patting her on the back and telling her “it’s okay, take your break!!” Now, I don’t know this young lady, but I hope she had the day she deserved and if it was something that I said, I apologize. But whatever issue she had before I walked up, or during her morning is NOT my fault, and I refuse to be treated like this by anyone. She needs to leave her issues at the door, and not project on customers. Otherwise, my pumpkin loaf latte was bomb.
