"The bagels were pretty good. This is the second time I’ve been here. I was there in April as well. The service and atmosphere is horrible. Like I’m actually afraid of the woman who works there That I’m gonna say something wrong and get yelled at. One person working there no music on in the background I feel like I’m in trouble or we just had an argument and not speaking to each other lol. I’m sorry you have to take my order Dreadlock white lady but if you don’t like your job then find another one."

"Cash only and they conveniently have an ATM inside that charges $3.20 to withdraw money. No sign on the door that says cash only. I’m sure they make a profit for having the ATM machine in there. Not sure why they have such a high rating. I could have made a batter bagel at home."

"UPDATE: I have been going to this place for nearly three years and it's always been great but today was by far the worst experience. Called to put in a pickup order, staff said they were extremely busy and could not take a order over the phone.. I was 5 minutes away, walked in there and are ZERO customers and the person working in there is sitting at a table looking at her phone. On top of that, there are hardly any Bagels left and no bacon. It's only 10 AM. I will never waste my time again! Great little hidden gem!! I'm new to the area and always looking for good spots to eat. This place has great breakfast and coffee and the staff is awesome! Very pleasant and personable... I feel like part of the family when I walk in! Reasonably priced and tasty bagels! Highly recommended!!"
