"Gave everything ⭐️ I drove all the way out there just to see a sign on the door that this place is actually close for a vacation. Nothing wrong with that at all, however, please have the courtesy to update Google maps. I made an effort to come to this establishment and I was curious to try it but now I’ll never go back. In response to their response: If my experience with your establishment gave me no atmosphere, no food, no service. Then ⭐️ is a generous review because you deserve zero. This review won’t be removed. How is that for invalid? Spare me your long-winded excuse because I don’t care anymore than you care about your customers. I certainly don’t need details of your incompetence. “…it hardly warrants a 1-star review, or the decision to never patronize a local business again. It would be a shame to forgo enjoying our Italian experience because of a technicality that was out of our control” - flabbergasted at whatever approach this is supposed to be. What outcome do you honestly think you’ll gain by arguing with me? And take some responsibility for your establishment for Christ sake. Next time just lie and write, “closed for a family emergency” because you clearly need sympathy. “We hope to welcome you soon” - you literally never saw me that was the whole point. For the sake of your business I suggest you put down the phone and start handing out $5 gift cards when you make a mistake."

"I love this place. Actual real espresso (dark roast, thank you!!), fantastic food (frittatas not to be missed), big open space and some outside tables. They have a huge selection of cheese, and Italian food imports. I also love the music sometimes playing — eclectic jazz and global beats — exactly what I want on a weekend morning enjoying a cappuccino (again, the way they’re supposed to be made!) and trying not to get too depressed over the daily news. The counter service can be slow but the people working are really friendly, and the food and coffee are worth the wait. I have only had breakfast/brunch items here, but I expect the pastas and other dishes are also excellent. This hip, sophisticated spot in Newport is a welcome addition!"

"A new coffee bar in town. What makes it special is they also have a great Cheese and lunch meat assortment. I only had a cappuccino today, but the associate serving it was very sweet. Also I inquired about a take out salad, which they didn’t have at this time( I was there early), they were waiting on the chef which was out shopping. I will definitely be back for more. There is a large indoor and outdoor seating area."

"Nice interior, lively atmosphere, and friendly customer service! My husband and I love this place so much! We’ve gotten a pound of cheese and it has been the best cheese we’ve had before! Their paninis and other pastries are also very delicious and authentic."
