"I like to go to Caprichos for their buñuelos and empanadas. The café offers breakfast options and Colombian treats that can definitely fill you up. Very affordable. Last time I also tried their chicharrones with a side of platano maduro. Next time ask for lime on the side as well. I also tried their arepa con queso which was delicious as well. They have parking in the back but it is limited. It gets very busy but the line moves quickly and the staff are friendly."
