We visited on New Year’s Day and everything about the experience was perfection—from calling ahead to see if they were open, to browsing, to checkout. A solid 10/10! They were even having a New Year’s Day sale, and I got my very first Thai Constellation (I’m SO excited 🤩). This store is everything you could ever dream of when it comes to plants and plant care."

"I would love nothing more than to take a lawn chair, sit with a book near Popeye the parrot, sip a coffee from their adorable little coffee cart, and just exist in the heart of this jungle. The smile on my face walking through the door almost broke my cheekbones. The staff? Absolute gems. They patiently answered my endless questions while I kept interrupting their breakfast (sorry). I spent a solid 30 minutes just pacing and gawking before I could even attempt to pick plants. Every single one looked healthier than the last. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. This isn’t just a store, it’s a living art exhibit. Calling this place a “hidden gem” doesn’t do it justice. It’s a whole ecosystem of joy. I’ve started an indoor plant project, and now that I’ve found this spot, I’ll definitely be a frequent flyer. If you’re a plant person, do yourself a favor take your butt here ASAP. Bring a wad of cash, because you’ll fall in love with at least ten new green babies before you even reach the back wall."

"Highly recommend, get there and open up that wallet, you are going to want to immediately. My fiancé loves plants, so I took her here on her birthday. This place is just wonderful. It is beautiful, the customer service is amazing and there plants are well taking care are. I will definitely come back again to buy a plant, or just to sit on that couch drink a coffee and look at the plants for awhile. The vibes in there are perfect. I love that it, also seems like a queer friendly safe place."

"Update August 21, 2025: It's rare to find companies that really stand by their plants, and genuinely want their customers to be happy. Shipping plants can be tough, and mechanical damage can occur despite proper packaging and good intentions. When I was unhappy about some of the plants that I received, the team at Jordan's Jungle proactively reached out to me to check on me and find a way to resolve it. It's kindness and consideration like this that makes a company really stand out. I've removed my previous review, and plan to update this one later when I have a chance to visit their shop in person, or after my next online order. Update Aug 26, 2025: I received my latest order super fast, well packaged and lovely plants. I have limited space in my flat, so my decor is based on plants. I really appreciate the beautiful specimens that I received and will do my best to keep them looking good and loving their best plants lives 😊"
