"I had a family situation pop up and had ordered delivery earlier in the day. I wasn’t sure if I’d be home in time or what would happen if I wasn’t. Jonathan C was extremely helpful coordinating if I needed to be one of the last stops and checking in around delivery time if I would be home. In the end I made it back in time and did not have to change anything but I really appreciated his effort and great customer service."

"I pulled up to the establishment and parked in the handicap spot. Upon approaching the door, the security guard said hello how are you? I replied. I’m good. How are you? He then proceeded to ask me if I have a handicap placard because I parked in the handicap spot. He asked me this as I was showing the woman at the desk, my ID as well as my medical marijuana card. Once he asked me that I first said yes, then I said why don’t you just walk down and check if you’re that concerned. He said well people park there all the time. I said well I wouldn’t have without a placard. So again if you wanted to know, if I had a placard, you could’ve just walked down there and checked. I then asked him to leave me alone and do his job. He proceeded to tell me I don’t have to have an attitude. He stated this twice. I ignored him and walked away . I went to my medical marijuana line to place my order, because I was very bothered. I walked out of the establishment and went to Slater dispensary. This was my third time at This establishment (and last) the other Two times went smooth. The employees were very helpful. I was in and out and didn’t have to deal with any security Trying to do a police officers job."

"We had the absolute BEST experience today at Mother Earth. We had done an online order for pickup at the drive thru and the place looked so cool from the outside that we had to go in. Once inside we started talking to Dionel. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful for us to make some selections at some more products to buy! We weren’t expecting to add anything onto our order but after talking to Dionel, it was clear that we should try out a few more amazing products while we were in Rhode Island. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to learn about our likes and dislikes to make thoughtful and non-pushy recommendations. What an amazing person to chat with and my girlfriend and I both walked out wanting to be friends with him. Mother Earth must be happy to have him."
