"VERY RECOMMENDED. This is a spectacular cigar lounge. Choose to sit in comfortable lounge chairs or sit at the bar. Plenty of TVs. The cigar humidor is very impressive. Atabey (!), Byron (!), Liga Privada, and many others. I have visited here from Massachusetts twice, and it is worth the trip for me. I'll be back again. Kudos to Don, who runs the place and stocks the humidor. Grade: A+."

"Nothing but positive things to say out this establishment and its staff. Dom recently helped me purchase a bunch of cigars for my wedding and saying he went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did he get the cigars I wanted at a great price but also loaned us a humidor and ashtrays to use at the venue. Thank you again for all you guys did. Thank you!"

"Went to White Ash Cigar Lounge for the first time tonight and had a great time. Some people go to lounges to socialize and others, like me, needed time to enjoy some peace and quiet and bounce back from a job that requires non-stop social interaction. I had never been to a cigar lounge before and Don and the team at White Ash were hospitable, friendly, and took the time to educate me on cigars and lounges. Will absolutely be back, thanks for a great visit."

"The only downfall would be parking however is open to midnight the night. I went the staff there. It was a lady there and she was excellent. She talked to me, told me about the area, everything that was going on. How people live weather conditions. Where to go? They have a full bar. She was an excellent person. They were nice to me and we just had a great time. I'm normally kind of introverted around people I don't know. Somehow they got me to open up and talk to them just by them. Greeting me as soon as I walked in the door not just the staff but the people there. It's a really nice place. So if I'm ever back in the area I will definitely stop there. Cigars are a little pricey it's a nice place to go."

"My past experiences with your establishment have been positive, however, I encountered an unexpected charge for bringing my own cigar. While I understand the need for such a fee, the lack of prior notification, either verbally or through signage, was disappointing. This lack of transparency, particularly when the final bill exceeded the expected amount by a significant margin, felt disingenuous. Due to this experience and the resulting poor communication, I will not be returning."
