Every bite tasted like it was made with love and tradition passed down through generations. The kibbeh was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with a cool garlic dip that tied it all together beautifully. The falafel? Crispy, fragrant, and absolutely bursting with flavor. And the shawarma wrap? A masterpiece. Juicy chicken, tender lamb, fresh veggies, crispy fries inside. "WOW WOW WOW! ✨ Ive had a lot of middle eastern food, and this is some of the best! Al-Shami is “Home of the Arabian Delicacies” and not a single lie was told. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma and Kufta Kebab Plates. We were given a falafel each since the chef/owner said it would be about 20 minutes since we came as soon as it opened but he has fast hands! The falafel was delicious. The meat was well flavored, the rice fluffy and cooked to perfection. The star of the show was the garlic sauce! A little tart and rich with garlic flavor which rounded out every dish. Don’t sleep on the side salad either! We basically INHALED the food. Cannot wait to return!"
