"We went to Crown Providence yesterday, and even though it’s only been open since May, everything felt well put together. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and willing to accommodate special requests. I asked for a whiskey sour even though it wasn’t on the menu; they made it for me, which I appreciated, though it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The Paloma, on the other hand, was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The food was delicious from start to finish. I ordered the lamb chops with truffle fries, but plain fries came out instead. When I mentioned it, the server immediately went back and shortly after brought me truffle fries, and they were absolutely worth the wait: crispy and flavorful. The space itself is beautiful, with a modern yet warm vibe that makes you want to linger. Overall, it’s a great addition to the Providence dining scene, and I’m looking forward to going back to try more of the menu."

Unfortunately service felt inattentive; with gratuity already included it seemed like our server didn’t check in as much as she should have. A few other plates (the potatoes, for example) arrived overcooked and burnt. Good food, but service and consistency need improvement. I don’t see myself returning in the future"

"We’ve gone to Crown three times now and we love it. It’s beautifully decorated inside and clean. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. I had the filet it was tender and cook perfect. They play great music later on at night and in the back it has a nice energy with a lounge feel great for sitting having a cocktail or if you smoke hookah. I highly recommend Crown and we’ll definitely be going back!"

"I visited this establishment after viewing several videos on social media. It met my expectations for the most part. We started with calamari, and the accompanying sauce was exceptional, enhancing the flavor. My companion opted for the braised short rib, while I opted for the salmon entree. We thoroughly enjoyed both dishes and our beverages. However, I must express my disagreement with the imposed 20% gratuity, which prompted me to rate the establishment three stars. We sat at the bar, and I found that the bartender’s service did not warrant a 20% tip. He wasn’t very attentive and almost scolded me for having my menu open while eating over it like a child. It was just weird because he tried taking my menu from me when we hadn’t ordered entrees yet. This restaurant is not fine dining, yet we were made to pay a high gratuity that felt like an imposition. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, but I would not consider a self-imposed tip for two people again."

"This restaurant has an amazing vibe and overall the experience was great. Food was fast, tasty, and affordable. There is also valet parking, which is convenient. Our server was new and made a few mistakes.. but Emelia quickly came over to assist & completely turned things around. I made sure to share this with the manager. She was lovely, professional, & very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning!"
