"This activity was great for all ages about 8-10. The 14 year old twins gave it a 9 out of 10 rating- which, in my book, is a 10. A hidden gem for sure. The experience was amazing - but oh dear, the ice cream was the best I’ve ever tasted. Let’s not forget the friendliness of the owner/staff - although I didn’t personally participate, they welcomed me with the hospitality of a great small business."

"We did this as a family get together. Lots of fun! Danny and Cassie did a great job of leading the class and Danny gave us a ton of information about Gather Farm and the integration of the herbs with the ice cream. It was both a delicious and educational experience. Highly recommend!"

"This was such a great date idea. They provide all of the supplies and ingredients and you get to go home with your own pint of ice cream. I lived learning the science behind how the ice cream is made, the directions were totally clear in spite of being a group class, and I can totally see us going back just to try some of their original flavors as an after-dinner dessert :)"

"What a little hidden gem. We real enjoyed the atmosphere and the energy of the instructor / chef. She was upbeat and informative We had a great time learning about the ice cream making process and getting to dip or hands in creating our own creamy ice cream with unique flavors while also getting to view others creating their own blown glass pieces. I would Definitely go again. I would love to try the blown class while maybe grabbing a quick sundae with their interesting yummy ice cream flavors. So if your looking for something new and interesting to do you should definitely try the Gather cafe"

"Run, don’t walk, to book an ice cream making class at Gather. We had a team outing to learn something new and the experience did not disappoint. Our Gather instructor, Andrea, is a retired chef - but could easily be a standup comedian as another side gig. She dropped knowledge throughout the class, explaining why we did the steps in a certain order, tips for how to repurpose phases of the ice cream-making for other food purposes, and kept us laughing and yelling “YES CHEF!” the whole way through. The space was clean and welcoming, the ice cream taste testing (while we waited for our creations to chill) was DELICIOUS, and we left our class feeling delighted. 10/10 would recommend! Gather puts an emphasis on partnering with local food suppliers - so it was awesome to hear about how they support other local businesses in and around PVD. Along with our individual ice cream flavors, we got a special parting gift to commemorate our experience - an extra cherry on top that was unexpected. Thanks to Chef Andrea and Cass for making our team outing one to remember. Get yourself to Gather ASAP!"
