"Went here with friends, was disappointed that I needed to scan a QR code and pay up front rather than after the meal. It was our first time there, so we ordered a variety. We ordered the edamame, 2 bowls of ramen, crab ragoons, and an ube cookie. We got given our food in a surprisingly short amount of time (usually not a good sign). The ramen was fine. Bland, and missing several of the ingredients that appeared in the pictures on the website we ordered from. Crab ragoons and edamame were both pretty standard. The food wasn’t blowing me away, but it was decent. But the ube cookie really astounded me, and not in a good way. The photo on the website is a cake-y, fluffy ube crinkle cookie rolled in powdered sugar. I ordered it, thinking it’d be fun to try. What I ended up getting was a commercially packaged ube “marble” cookie. A bland, thin, tough cookie that tasted like a chocolate chip cookie without the chocolate. I don’t think I’ll be going back here. Missing ingredients shown on the website and getting a completely different product than the one I thought I ordered left a bad taste in my mouth. And the food wasn’t good enough to make up for it. Definitely skip this place. There are much better restaurants in Providence."

"Can’t agree much with the Tonkatsu Ramen, poor flavoring almost makes you feel eating instant cup noodles, also looks so different from the menu pics. Not exaggerating as an Asia-raised Asian, but this is the worst Japanese ramen I had in years. Store is new and furnished well."

"Sit down and scan the QR code type of place. Seems like they prefer card transactions. The menu looked different so I switched it up and tried some cold noodles. It was a decent dish. Nice place if you want to try something new."

"Came with a friend for lunch. We waited over an hour for our food to come out. It never ended up coming, so we informed the worker we had to leave and asked if we could get a refund. The worker put some info into the computer and said that we would be getting our refunds but we never ended up receiving them. I attempted to dispute the transaction but wasn't even able to do that. Cannot recommend at all based on my experience."
